For your custom DAU controls our team has agreed to the 20% criteria. If 3rd party QC results are outside of 20% you will be contacted for a path forward prior to us shipping. If all values are within 20% we will ship the product. I am glad to hear that your team will accept the 20% criteria of 3rd party results for our customized product for DAU +/-25% GCMS control in the future. • Our team will begin to include CoA in your shipment for custom products. We always received a CoA hard copy in our shipping. If we could receive the CoA electronic file via email first that would be very much appreciated. • Our team will add back to future IFU the Morphine Gluc conversion to free morphine. We did change our process to stop adding this but will make an exception for your custom products. Many thanks for making an exception and keeping the conversion and interpretation in our custom products IFU.
