Hi Andrew!
We did some analysis and came to the conclusion that ultimately it's still more cost effective to make our solutions in-house. There was a point in terms of overall volume where it became more cost-effective to use your product but we aren't yet at that point.
The flexibility we have by doing it in house is another factor we discussed, we can quickly make modifications to our stock solutions if we need to right now, and keeping every analyte we test for in house at a moments notice is great for R&D.
Outcome: Lost Opportunity
