I am honored to help you with whatever you need. A safe lead time would be to order the product around 4 weeks before you want to have it in your lab. I was advised to submit quote requests via support@utak, with an expected response time of 2–5 business days. Going forward, I am hoping I can reach out to you directly for quotes.
