In our last communication in July they said their time line for reorder was end of september/early October so I set a calendar reminder to trigger a follow up. Hi Tyler, I hope summer has treated you well! When we last connected you mentioned likely looking to reorder your custom ETH 300 QC around end of September/early October. Is this still your planned timeline? If so I can get started on having your quote updated. I just need to know if you want to make any changes to either the product designs or quantity, or keep it all the same? Not sure if you thought any more about trying some of our other controls but I would love to connect with you to review your needs and see if we are a good fit for other panels as well. The EtOH 300 control has been working well and consistent for us. The expiration date for our current lot is 12-2025 and we like to order about 2 months in advanced to allow for adequate time for preparation and evaluation once it arrives at the lab. With that being said, we will probably look to purchase another lot at the end of September or early October. I did check out the extensive product catalog of controls that are offered.
