Hi Lori,
I hope your week is off to a great start! I see about a year ago your lab made it’s first purchase with UTAK getting some of our drug free urine. I wanted to follow up with you to see how it worked for you, and if you planned to reorder. Could you provide replies to the 3 following questions?
1. Did you use this product for a known negative, or to make in house QC’s and Cals?
2. Did the product perform as expected?
3. Would you be interested in learning about our QC or other blank matrices?
