Hey Paris,
I hope you had a great weekend. I see that you recently reordered the drug free urine from UTAK. We appreciate our ongoing partnership and wanted to touch base to see how things are going. I would be grateful if you could reply to the 4 below survey questions.
1. Do you use this as a known negative, or are you also making in house material with this?
2. Does the product work as you expect?
3. What do you do for urine testing QC? Do you make it in house or have another vendor?
4. If you had to rate UTAK on a scale 1-10, what would you give us and why.
