We are a toxicology lab and unfortunately our lab is unable to use this blood. This lot # was positive for the following: Fluoxetine Norfluoxetine Acetaminophen Quetiapine Norquetiapine Naproxen Oxycodone Is there any way we can receive a new lot # from UTAK at no charge since we are unable to use the one sent.
