Hi Deanna,
I hope the start of fall has treated you well! I was hoping you could help me get in touch with someone in your lab who is using our Drug Free Urine. Your team has been using this product for over 6 years, but we have never seen you try any od our QC’s.
I was hoping to learn what your team is doing for controls. I’m curious if you make them in house or have another vendor for this. I am looking to understand more about why labs do things the way they do and would love any insights you can provide here on how you are doing your QC. Not a sales tactic, rather a genuine interest to understand the how and why your lab does QC.
