Hi Katherine, I am glad you followed up on this! We are doing some updates on our website and it appears these request are not properly coming through. The team has started on it and has 2 follow up questions. 1. The last time we made this QC we had it noted that there was only a 10% acceptance range from target opposed to our normal 25% range. Can you confirm if 10% is still the required range for this product? 2. The last order we sent you an in process sample to test so we could make adjustments to the concentrations if needed. This is not our standard practice. We wanted to confirm if you will want this in process sample this time around as well? Can you please follow up on the status of these requests? Our current inventory is running low, so I just want to make sure that these requests have been received and are in progress. For reference, the request was made for a Lamotrigine custom control at a target value of 5 ug/mL. The product specifications for bottling and fill size will be similar to those found in Quote # 4256; the only difference will be the requested target value.
