Inquiring why they use both frozen and liquid urine

Hi Trinnette,
I hope summer has been treating you well. I was reviewing your account and saw something that struck me as a bit odd. I was hoping you could get me in touch with the end user to get a little insight from them.
I see that you buy both our Frozen Urine (88121-CDF(F)) and our Liquid Urine (88121-CDF(L)). Typically we see customers ordering one or the other, but your team has been ordering both for some time.
Can you share why you use both forms? Curious if one works better for something, or does not work for something? Maybe there is another reason. Any insights is greatly appreciated.
