UTAK- question about your order history

Hey Beth,
I hope the start of pumpkin spice season is treating you well! Your lab has been a long time partner with UTAK, but around 2019 we saw your ordering fall off. I noticed late last year you all came back and placed a few orders again. We are always trying to improve and a purchase history like this I think has some valuable insights. Can you share some feedback on what may have happened here?
Not a sales tactic, rather a genuine interest to understand why your lab does what it does. If you have any insights into what may have happened with UTAK, or otherwise to see you all drift away I would really appreciate it.
