Hey Lindsey,
I hope the start of pumpkin spice season is treating you well! I wanted to reach out to you as the order history on your account is intriguing. You al have been using our products for a decade now, and I see originally we saw you reordering each year. More recently it looks like there was around a 4 year gap between orders. I was hoping you could share some insights into what may have happened here, and how you are using our products?
