UTAK Labs- questions about your testing

Hey Jessica,
I hope the start of pumpkin spice season is treating you well. Your team has been using UTAK form more than a decade now. Over the years I have seen your ordering habits change. I’m looking to better understand why labs do the things they do, and thought you would be the perfect person for some feedback here. Could you share any insights on the below topics?
1. In the past we saw you order THC and Benzo controls, but the last few years only ethanol QC. Can you share with us what you do for QC on your other panels? Curious if its made in house, or who your vendor is.
2. We haven’t seen you reorder the blank blood in a while, do you get this somewhere else now?
3. If you have any feedback on areas we can improve on we would love your input.
