Hi Julie,
I hope the start of pumpkin spice season is treating you well. I was reviewing your order history and noticed you all have bought our real human urine, synthetic urine and oral fluid. Each only one time. I’m curious how you used these products and why we never saw your reorder. Could you share a little insight with us into what you did with them, how they worked, and why we never saw you reorder?
Not a sales tactic, rather a genuine interest in understanding why labs make the decisions they do. With your order history being unique in that you have tried a few different matrices but nothing stuck, I would love your input.
