Hi Team Hitchcock,
I was hoping you could put us in touch with the end user of our products, last ordered on your PO# 0001995018. Your team has been a long-time partner with UTAK and used to order several of our custom controls. We haven’t seen you order these since 2021 and hoped to get some insights from the team on what may have happened here.
We are always trying to improve our offers and when we see a long-time partner like you all dropping off like this, I think you are a valuable source of feedback. Not a sales tactic here, rather a genuine interest to understand why labs do things the way they do. Any insight you can provide into what happened here is greatly appreciated.
