UTAK Labs- a question about your order history

Hi Sheila,
I hope the start of pumpkin spice season is treating you well! I was hoping you could get me in touch with someone over there to learn a bit more about your lab. Your team has been using UTAK for more than a decade now. We used to see you all using several of our QC’s, but more recently we only see you ordering our Drug Free Urine.
I was hoping to get some insights into what may have changed here. Perhaps you had an issue with our products, changed instruments, vendors or something else. Any insight your team can share into why we saw your QC orders drop off is greatly appreciated. Not a sales tactic here, rather a genuine interest to understand why labs make the decisions they do.
