Hi Alicia,
I hope the start of pumpkin spice season is treating you well! I wanted to reach out as your lab has been using UTAK for several years now. I noticed your most recent order was cancelled, and it looks like you have slowed or stopped using our QC’s. Are you still using any of our controls?
I would appreciate if you could share any insights here into why we may see your account dropping off. We are always trying to improve and I feel your feedback will be valuable to us. Not a sales tactic here, rather a genuine interest to learn why labs do things the way they do.
