UTAK Labs- Vitamin D testing question

Hi Edward,
I hope the start of pumpkin spice season is treating you well! I wanted to reach out as your lab has used UTAK’s Vitamin D controls for more than a decade now. I noticed that we haven’t seen you reorder since 2023. I was hoping to confirm if you are still using this product, or if you stopped using it. Any update either way is greatly appreciated.
If you moved away from UTAK I would appreciate any feedback you can share on why. Not a sales tactic here, rather a genuine interest to understand why labs make the decisions they do.
