Does Luxor still use UTAK?

Hey Ali,
I hope the start of pumpkin spice season is treating you well. Your lab has ordered some urine and oral fluid controls from us. We haven’t seen you reorder since early 2024 and I was hoping you could share if you are still using our products or not. We would love any insight you can share on why or why not.
Not a sales tactic here, rather a genuine interest in understanding why labs do what they do. Any feedback you can share on our products, what you like or why you left us is greatly appreciated.
