UTAK Labs- a question about your testing

Hey Melissa,
I hope the start of pumpkin spice season is treating you well. I wanted to reach out as I saw a few years back you ordered some blood from UTAK and we never saw you order again. I get a lot of good feedback from our customers on why they chose to buy from UTAK, but what I don’t get so much of is feedback on why labs chose not to buy. With you having not reordered, I was hoping you could share some insights into why, and what you are doing instead for blank blood?
