UTAK Labs- I would love some insights

Hey Robyn,
I hope the start of pumpkin spice season is treating you well. Your lab has been a long-term partner with UTAK for more than a decade. I was hoping I could get a chance to connect with you to learn a little about your experience with UTAK and how your lab runs. Not a sales tactic, rather a genuine interest to understand why labs do what they do.
Your lab orders pretty much the same thing year after year. I would love to get some insights into why you chose to stick with us, if we have ever been at risk of losing you, and any other insights you can share.
