Hey Shani,
I hope the start of pumpkin spice season is treating you well. I was checking out your account and your order history intrigued me. We say your lab buy a bunch of our QC’s in 2019, then order many of them again in 2022. We haven’t heard from you since. Most of our customers we see ordering a few times a year so this got me curious as to what you may be doing with our controls. Did you use these for your day-to-day QC needs, or something else? Any insights you can share are greatly appreciated.
We haven’t seen you order in a bit and would appreciate any insights as to why. We are always trying to improve our offers. Not a sales tactic here, rather a genuine interest to understand why labs work the way they do. Bonus points- if you are up for a chat I would love to learn more about your testing.
