UTAK Labs- question about your testing

Hey Kris,
I hope the start of pumpkin spice season is treating you well. I noticed something about your order history that got me curious. We see most of our customers using 2-3 levels of QC for most of there testing. I see your lab buys both our High and Low QC for pain management testing, but you all only buy 1 of our 4 available DAU controls.
I am so curious to understand why you may use 2 levels of 1 product, but only 1 level of another. Any insights you can share are greatly appreciated. Not a sales tactic here, rather a genuine interest in understanding why labs work the way they do. Bonus points- I would love to hop on a call and learn a little more about your testing.
