UTAK Labs-question about our urine

Hey Carmen,
I hope the start of pumpkin spice season is treating you well! I see your lab has been using UTAK’s Drug Free Urine for a little while now, but we have never seen you order our QC’s. I was curious if you are using our urine to make your own controls, or if you get those from another vendor? Any insights you can share on what you do for controls, and why you like to do it that way is greatly appreciated.
Not a sales tactic here, rather a genuine interest in learning why labs do things the way they do. Bonus points- I would love to chat if you are open to connecting and sharing some insights on your testing. You can find a time that works for you here.
