My apologies our team sent the already rejected lot. Let me loop in @Support@UTAK who can get a new sample out to you. This is support ticket# 1004.
Orders Team- SO# 56682. We sent a matrix sample of an already rejected lot. Can you please update this order to a new lot and get a new sample out ASAP? Do not send lot D7460.

Federal Way Laboratory received the 10mL sample yesterday, but they received the same lot# D7460 (the one we can’t use). I know when we spoke you mentioned being sent a different lot #. Do I need to reach out to a different department to get that free 10mL sample with a different lot #?
