Hi Andrew,
I like the catchy subject line and opener and it definitely caught my attention. I agree it's always great to bring some fun into it, like "Happy Taco Tuesday" and such to mix it up.
Yes, I remember that order. PinPoint Testing is one of our clients using our B-One beta-gluc enzyme. During that time, we were collaborating with them on some hydrolysis studies, which was our way of supporting their work.
