UTAK Labs- what do you do for controls?

Hey John,
I hope the start of pumpkin spice season is treating you well! Your team has been using UTAK’s drug free urine for over 6 years now. I noticed we have never seen you order our QC’s and I was curious what your lab is doing for controls. Do you currently make them in house, or have another vendor for these?
Not a sales tactic, rather a genuine interest to learn what labs are doing for QC and why they do it that way. Any insights you can share is greatly appreciated.
