I’ve attached our New Customer Setup form, once completed, send it back and we’ll create your profile. I’ve also attached our current Drugs of Abuse in Urine stock catalog. Based on your panels, these stock products are the best fit: • Benzodiazepines Plus • DAU Low/High Cutoff • Pain Management Plus • Miscellaneous Panel We don’t currently have stock options for Barbiturates and a few of the additional analytes you mentioned. If you’d like, I can put together a custom QC quote for those so you have full coverage while keeping stock where possible. Could you clarify what you mean by matrix format? Would urine be a sufficient answer or were you looking for something else? We are only testing urine now. I have attached a document with our panels and concentrations. Some additional information, speaking with our Lab Director we are just looking to go with whatever Urine QCs UTAK has premade that can cover the majority of our analytes. In lieu of the custom QC program. We understand this may mean we might not be able to cover all our analytes. About the account number, I just remembered I do believe we purchase the negative urine (Product Code#: 88121-CDF(L)) through Fisher Healthcare. That is an error on my part. I do believe this means that when we know what Product Codes to order for these QCs, we would set up an account.
