UTAK Labs- question about your testing

Hey Matthew,
I hope the start of pumpkin spice season is treating you well. I see that Keystone has ordered 2 times from UTAK, once in 2016 and again in 2022. It looks like you have been there this whole time and I am hoping we could connect for a short chat. I get a ton of feedback from our regular customers, but don’t get much in the way of labs not using us all the time.
I would be grateful if you could take 10 mins or so to share some insights on why you occasionally use UTAK, but not often. I would love to learn a bt more about your lab and how you do control. Not a sales tactic, rather a genuine interest in learning what else labs do, and why a lab may choose not to use UTAK regularly. You can find a time that fits your schedule here.
