Hi Emma,
Thanks for your time this morning. To recap, our team will be sending you a quote for our blank whole blood, with a Matrix Sample being sent first to test for approval. Once you get this quote we will need you to send in a Purchase order for the full bottle of blood. Please add a second line item to the PO which is “Matrix sample” at $0.00. This will trigger our team to send you the sample for testing before the full bottle.
I would love to explore Peth QC with you. It does look like we started an order in the past but I see it was noted as canceled and it said your lab moved to using horse blood for this. To get a quote for Peth QC we just need answers to the following questions:
1. What matrix do you want it in?
2. What fill size per vial do you want?
3. Ball park how many vials of each level will you use in a year?
4. Lastly we need a list of your analytes and target concentrations.
