UTAK Labs- Question about why you do QC the way you do?

Hey Nicole,
I hope the start of pumpkin spice season is treating you well! Your lab has been using UTAK QC for more than 7 years now. I noticed that you buy a high and low level of QC for each of the products you are getting from us. I was hoping we could connect on a short call to get some insights from you on why you order the way you do. I make assumptions when I see things like this but would be great to confirm and learn a little more about your testing.
