UTAK Labs- A question about your testing

Hi Panhia,
I hope the start of pumpkin spice season is treating you well! I wanted to reach out as your lab has been using UTAK QC for a few years now. I noticed we see you ordering 2 levels of our DAU cutoff QC, but only 1 level of our EtG control. I am curious why a lab may order 2 levels of one of our products, and only one of the other levels. I was hoping to connect on a call with your team to get some insights here.
