UTAK Labs- question about your orders

Hey Tim,
I hope the start of pumpkin spice season is treating you well. I saw in the past you used UTAK’s serum, and then our blood. Typically we see our customers reordering with some frequency, but in your case we have only seen you get each of these 1 time. Can you share some insights into how you have used our matrices, and why we don’t see you reordering them?
