Hey Ryan,
I hope the start of pumpkin spice season is treating you well. I see that back in 2023 you bought some of our SMx Urine and we never saw you reorder. In my role I get to talk to a lot of our ongoing customers, but the piece I am missing is people who choose not to use UTAK. Seeing that you never reordered I am hoping we can connect n a short call to get some feedback from you. We are always trying to improve our offerings and learning a bit about why we didn’t see you reorder can be extremely helpful.
