Are you still using UTAK QC?

Hey Scott,
I hope the start of pumpkin spice season is treating you well! I wanted to reach out to see if your lab is still using UTAK QC? I show you bought a number of packs that have since expired and we have not seen you reorder them. Any updates you can provide are greatly appreciated.
We are always trying to improve. If for any reason you are no longer using UTAK I would appreciate if you could share some insights as to why. Bonus points- if your up for a chat I would love to learn a bit more about your lab and how you do QC. Not a sales call, rather a genuine interest to learn the different ways labs handle there QC, and why it works for them. You can find a time that fits your schedule here.
