Hi Ruby,
I hope the start of fall is treating you well! I wanted to reach out in hopes you could put me in touch with someone in the lab over there. I was reviewing your account and am super curious about what I see. What caught my eye is the inconsistent order patter. We see your lab order a number of our products, but instead of regular and ongoing, it seems more to be an every few years type of thing.
This is different from what we typically see and I would love to find about a bit more about how your team is using our products.
