Your UTAK urine is expiring

Hey Yazen,
I hope the start of pumpkin spice season is treating you well. Your lab ordered some drug free urine from UTAK a little while back and based on the order date this item will be nearing or passed expiration at this point. We wanted to reach out to see if you would be interested in reordering?
If you don’t plan to reorder, we would appreciate any insights you can share as to why. Let me know how we can be of support. Bonus points- if your up for a short 20-30 min chat, I would love to learn a bit more about your lab and how you do QC. Not a sales call, rather a genuine interest to learn the different ways labs manage their QC and why it works for them that way.
