Thank you so much for sending this, I can now see what happened. The quote you had attached, 4716, had a design change to switch pack size to 15vials and a new part number with a “V2”. When you requested the quote to reorder recently, we made the assumption it was the original design with pack size of 20 vials we quoted in 5751. Her is how the difference breaks down.
Quote 4716 breaks down to 42.18 per vial
Quote 5751 breaks down to 44.50 per vial
Difference is $2.32 per vial @ 90 vials ordered= $208.80
Would I be correct in understanding the request is to credit this $208.80 difference?
