Hi Gladis, I would be happy to support. Looking at the table provided we will need a bit more info to investigate this. Can you confirm these lot numbers? Only the first one follows UTAK’s structure for a lot number. It should either be a 4 digit number if its really old, or a letter A/B/C/D followed by a 4 digit number. Could you clarify the lot information for these so we can look into this?
