Hi Lyndsey, Thank you so much for this feedback. While it’s not great news for UTAK, we really appreciate you sharing what your experience was like and why you switched to Bio-Rad. I am happy to report our stock out issues are no longer and we have made some improvements in our shipping process as well to address breaking vials. Good morning Andrew, We are still doing this testing but have moved to a different brand of lead QCs. We had to order a low level from Bio-Rad due to the low level from UTAK being backordered for several months. We also had received broken multiple broken vials of the UTAK QC several times (I believe it was three times total). We were happy with the QC we received from Bio-Rad and continued to order all of our QC levels from them. I hope this helps. Best, Lyndsey A.
