Hi Emma,
Thank you so much for this update and feedback! I can totally get how cost is an issue. I’m curious if you can share a price point you think your team would move forward at? This information is always helpful in improving future offers.
I know we have some excess capacity in our production right now, if I could get you a 10-15% discount, do you think that’s enough to close the gap here?

Hi Andrew,
In speaking with my coordinator and manager today, we decided that we won't be able to go through with the PEth QC order. Unfortunately, the cost is too steep for us to justify. If QC samples were possible that would be something we would jump on immediately, but I understand that due to us having to provide a baseline that would be difficult. Thank you for your help!
