Hi Robert,
We’re hoping to better understand your team’s expectations around expiration dating and usable life - specifically, how much remaining shelf life you typically require at receipt and at the time of use. Having clarity on this will help us stay aligned with your internal standards moving forward.
We did receive confirmation from Alex (attached for reference) approving acceptance of short-dated material. However, it seems your team may not have been looped in at the time of receipt, and in practice, we’re unable to utilize the current product once it’s returned to our normal inventory flow.
With that in mind, we’d like to work together to find a practical path forward - whether that’s an adjustment, or another solution that supports both sides. We really value our partnership and want to ensure we’re handling this in a way that makes sense for everyone.
