Sample Shipment Confirmation and Next Steps

Hi Gina,
I wanted to confirm that your sample shipment has been sent - please expect it to arrive shortly (Ship date is today).
As a quick recap, this sample reflects the same design as quote #5591, but with the matrix switched to SMx Serum.
Could you please confirm your preferred next steps? Specifically:
1. Would you like us to close the current order for the human serum controls (SO 56363)?
2. Should we begin the ordering and manufacturing process for the SMx Serum product now, or would you prefer to wait until you’ve had a chance to evaluate the samples?
Once we know how you’d like to proceed, we can facilitate the order entry process for the new order if applicable.
