Clarifying details for a requote and a new product

Hi Katherine,
A few questions to make sure we have this right.
1. Confirm we are removing norfentanyl entirely from the panels?
2. Last order was for 17 packs. If we change to a pack size of 4x20, do you still want 17 packs or a different amount?
3. Are we quoting equal volumes for both products?

Hello UTAK Support,
I would like to order replacement custom controls for product number DEXT+ U F KFR. For reference, I have attached a copy of an old/expired quote 4688.
For this product, I wanted to inquire about changing the product specifications.
1. Requested Change:
• Product Number DEXT+ U F KFR to contain all analytes EXCEPT Norfentanyl, Buprenorphine, and Norbuprenorphine
2. New Custom Control Request
• Custom control to contain Buprenorphine and Norbuprenorphine
In summary, I want to split product number DEXT+ U F KFR into two separate controls. Bottle and label type can remain the same. Instead of packaging as 2x20mL, can the products be mpackaged as 4x20mL?
Please let me know if there is anything else needed to process these requests. Thanks in advance!
