Confirm we are removing norfentanyl entirely from the panels? a. Yes, that is correct. We are now using product number FENT+ POS1 U KP for fentanyl/norfentanyl. 2. Last order was for 17 packs. If we change to a pack size of 4x20, do you still want 17 packs or a different amount? a. We will want 17 bottles (20 mL volume) of each product. That comes out to 4 packs of 4x20mL, and one single bottle, leftover. Is this possible? a. To be honest, I'm not too sure why this product was packaged as 2 bottles instead of 4 bottles. 3. Are we quoting equal volumes for both products? a. Yes, equal volumes for both products. There is no change to the product volume of 20 mL. Thank you for your help with this!
