Hey Chris,
Thanks for the intel, very curious they just disappeared. They are now part of a much larger company so I would not have expected to see a sudden stop in business.
I’ll get to work on these quotes and send it over once done. We are not going anywhere and would be happy to pick up any needs you have. Just a heads up with Synthetic urine I think frozen will be our only choice. I asked the team to look into feasibility of a liquid form as well though.

For synthetic urine we would like the liquid form. We use about 15 L per year. But we have an R&D project coming up, so could be double that.
Side note: BCD hasn’t answered our emails, our answered their phones for 1 week…. I don’t know man, but looks like your biggest competitor just disappeared.
Ill let you know if they ever get back to us. But we have some orders in with them and they just vanished. Even calling their main office, nobody answers.
