I hope you have been well.
Thank you for the catalog update.
We have continuously promoted and supplied UTAK products to government centers in Thailand since 2014. However, since 2021, we have unfortunately lost most bids due to strong price competition in the market.
The competing companies offer the same brand (UTAK) with prices around 20–30% lower.
We understand this may relate to their shipping or cost structure.
Despite the difference, we continue to provide short lead times and consistent service to our customers.
Despite these challenges, we continue to introduce and promote UTAK products to our regular customers whenever there is an opportunity. We value the long-term relationship with UTAK and hope to continue working together to serve the research and clinical sectors in Thailand.
