Choose one of the two methods below for Price File Submission: 1) *Preferred Method* Fill out the attached Excel file for all current products in the Fisher database. 2) Forward your 2026 Price File directly. (Preferably in Excel Format) Regardless of your file submission method, be sure to include the following REQUIRED pieces of information: • Fisher Cost • List Price (Will only be different from Cost if Fisher receives a discount.) • Start Date • End Date - This date will let us know when to check back with you for new pricing. THESE FOUR ITEMS ARE SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS. Please explain in your email if any required information is not provided on the template or your pricing cannot be loaded. Accurate pricing is a key element in realizing supply chain efficiencies and helps secure timely and complete payment to you. While we recognize that some individual items may change price during the year, it is critical that we have your current pricing information for our mutual customers. To ensure the 2026 Price Roll season is mutually successful, below are additional points to keep in mind when submitting your 2026 pricing. ** POINTS TO REMEMBER** 1) ACTION IS NEEDED IF YOU ARE HOLDING ALL PRICING If you are holding pricing for 2026 verify that we have the correct pricing on the template. Then respond with an email confirming that you are holding these prices for the upcoming year. 2) UTILIZE THE DATE FIELD If you cannot provide pricing for the entire year we still need your pricing. Use the dates on the template to indicate how long the pricing is expected to hold.  3)  WHEN IS THE FILE DUE               To ensure pricing is captured in customer’s 2026 catalogs, please return 2026 pricing by October 14, 2025. If you are not able to meet that date, please return your pricing at least 30 days before you would like it to go into effect.               If your price schedule does not follow the calendar year, reply to this email with the date you expect your pricing to change.  This will be the date we reach out to you again. 4) OUR COMPANY RECEIVED MULTIPLE REQUESTS If you receive multiple emails with different VN Numbers, we need each one returned. If you receive an email from a different division of Thermo Fisher Scientific, please respond to each email as a different division may have a different product line. 5) SUBJECT LINE and TEMPLATE CHANGES DO NOT remove VN00XXXXXX from the subject line of the email. DO NOT remove items from the spreadsheet. Indicate that the parts are discontinued or invalid in the Supplier Comment column on the right-hand side of the sheet. DO NOT add items to the spreadsheet.
