Hi Brad,
Thanks for the insight and feedback. One follow up question if I might. When you say changes in procedures and these are no longer required. Did you move to a new vendor, transition to making in house or something else?

Hello Andrew,
Our lab has moved on from needing UTAK standards, due to changes in procedures that does not require those any longer. The lab had switched its volatile QC before I was overseeing the Toxicology Section and they appear to be happy with what they are using. We do keep UTAK as a backup option to order from.
