0:00 - Andrew Hartmann (UTAK Laboratories)
Hello, how are you? I'm doing great. Yourself?
0:05 - Rowland, Shain C *HS
Pretty good for a Friday. At least this Friday. Right, Friday as I like to call it.
0:10 - Andrew Hartmann (UTAK Laboratories)
That's right. You got any fun plans for the weekend?
0:17 - Rowland, Shain C *HS
Not really. I got a couple odd and ends around the house, but nothing too fun.
0:24 - Andrew Hartmann (UTAK Laboratories)
I just started renting a house and I now realize how many things have to be upkept and I have to mow my own grass now and all this stuff. Yes, it's definitely a lot, that's for sure. Are we all here on your side or are we waiting on anyone else?
0:40 - Rowland, Shain C *HS
No, Clayton and I, we're both here. Yeah, we're sharing a computer right now.
0:48 - Andrew Hartmann (UTAK Laboratories)
Go ahead and share screen and we'll just jump in. Are you able to see the quote up on my screen? Yeah. Wonderful. So we're going to have six quotes to review. Based on the ones that you provided us, I thought we would go ahead and start with the ones that we have guaranteed stability for and then kind of move into the ones where we don't have stability data. So if any questions along the way, please feel free to stop and ask. Cool. Thank you. So starting with the volatiles panel, this will be your product numbers. So if you guys wanted to order these, this would be what you would put on your purchase orders. We have your fill size is 0.5 ml per vial. We're going to put 25 of those vials in a pack, and your order quantity is 4 vials. This is your price per pack, as well as extended pricing, and then we have all of your dry ice estimated handling in full total here. Got your list of the amylites. All of these are going to have 25-day thawed stability, and then here's the concentrations that we'll be spiking them in at. We're going to make this one in serum. It will be stored frozen, so shipped on dry ice, and when you receive it, you'll want to put that in the freezer. You'll have 18 months expiration from when you place the order, and we actually make the... And your lead time for this one is going to be about 15 business days. So approximately three weeks. Any questions, initial thoughts on this one? Yeah, I think that's reasonable.
2:14 - Rowland, Shain C *HS
That gives us a better range than what we have now. Perfect. Yeah, that looks good.
2:24 - Andrew Hartmann (UTAK Laboratories)
Moving on to the immuno. So this one's going to be the immunosuppressants control. Again, here is your part numbers. So six levels looks like this is collaborators. We're doing two ml fill size, 25 of these vials per pack, one pack per order. So that's our minimum order size. This is going to be your pricing per pack, as well as extended pricing with shipping, handling, all of that stuff. Same with the other control. Oh, sorry, was there a question? No, just looking.
2:57 - Rowland, Shain C *HS
Same with the other control.
2:58 - Andrew Hartmann (UTAK Laboratories)
You're going to have 25 days. have days. Thought Stability on this one. We're going to be making it in whole blood, it's frozen, 18-month shelf life as well, and 15-business daily time. For any of these quotes, too, definitely take a look at what your expected usage is by the expiration date, because if you guys were to, like, say, double your order, you're not going to see a double in pricing. You're probably going to see something like a 10-20% increase to, like, double the size of this order. So, just to give you some insight into, like, how our volume orders work, if you want to see some other options, I'm happy to show you. Cool. Thank you. Any questions, thoughts on this one?
3:39 - Rowland, Shain C *HS
I think that got chrome stuff, right? That looks really good. Great.
3:48 - Andrew Hartmann (UTAK Laboratories)
Next one is going to be highest dollar value quote here, as well as our largest panel. So, this is your drugs of abuse panel. These would be your part numbers. We're doing 20 ml fill size. And we'll have a 4-pack per vial, and then it looks like the level 6 is a 13.5 ml fill size, with a 4-pack as well. Order quantity is 3 packs at each, so we have your price per pack as well as your extended pricing here. This is with all of the other totals and stuff included. Got your analyte list here. There is two analytes we do not have stability data for, so 7 aminos that we do know that there is known stability issues with this product. Or sorry, with this analyte, so we do not guarantee target concentration, but we guarantee presence. And then similar with the delta-8 THC, we do not have stability data on this analyte to make a claim, but all of the other ones we do have stability data on for 25 days thawed stability. This one is urine matrix, also frozen, 18 months expiration, and same 15 business days. And there is a note on here about a deposit, if you guys ordered this. However, I've already confirmed with our accounting team, we will not need a deposit from your account, so you guys have not had any issues with payments, so we'll waive that here. Any questions or comments on this one? No, I don't think everything is good.
5:17 - Rowland, Shain C *HS
Yeah, that all seems pretty straightforward. Thanks.
5:22 - Andrew Hartmann (UTAK Laboratories)
And then getting into these, these are where we're not having stability data, so it doesn't mean the product isn't going to perform, it just means that for one reason or another, we can't make a claim. So for instance, in this one with the MMA, it's an LC-MS water and we just don't have stability data in water. But this will be your part numbers, 0.5 ml fill, 25 vials per pack. We're going to be doing a four order quantity, that's your price per pack as well as your extended total. This one will be a frozen control as well. Since we don't have any stability data in LC-MS, we are unable to offer product expiration. 15 business days would be the lead time. Any questions on this? Any concerns with the NA stability?
6:12 - Rowland, Shain C *HS
I mean, I think it would be for us. For things without stability, we would have to get with our director to see how we would go about or what her plan would be for us to validate it on our to see what we would have to do. Gotcha.
6:39 - Andrew Hartmann (UTAK Laboratories)
Then we have the antifungal panel. So again, 0.5 ml on this one, 25 vials per pack, 4 packs for the order. And then this is going to be your total with extended pricing. And then we're doing acetonitrile, so we believe this is going to be very stable. It's just, again, we don't have stability testing. So in order to make a claim in Acetonitrile. However, they are able to offer 18 months expiration on this since we know Acetonitrile date performance of the analyte will be fine. We just don't know like once you popped it, thawed stability, we can't make that claim. Does that make sense? Yep. And then 15 business days on lead time for this one as well. Any questions? No, sir. Yep.
7:28 - Rowland, Shain C *HS
And last one.
7:30 - Andrew Hartmann (UTAK Laboratories)
Amino acids. This one I would say is kind of the furthest out from our traditional base of what we manufacture, just to be transparent with you. We are making amino acids QCs for other customers. It's just not as common as some of our other products. So again, we just don't have stability data for these. But if ordered 0.5 ml, 25 per pack, 4 packs for the order, here's your price per pack, as well as your extended total. And then again, for this one, we aren't able to offer product expiration either, but same 15 business days if you were to work in. Okay.
8:08 - Rowland, Shain C *HS
Then we kind of figured that one.
8:13 - Andrew Hartmann (UTAK Laboratories)
Yeah, I'll send these over to you right after this call so you guys have them and can kind of review. Do you have any kind of estimate on when you might make a decision one way or another?
8:23 - Rowland, Shain C *HS
I think that was just everything in our lab that I think we could possibly use UTAK for, for either different QC material or different organ standards made instead of making it in house. We need to go through and see what kind of how much inventory we have right now. Okay. And be able to get from there. then, yeah, just we'll talk with our chemistry director and see about some of the analytes that doesn't have a stability. So that's where we would have to go from there to make it work on our end.
9:07 - Andrew Hartmann (UTAK Laboratories)
And if they would like, we can set up a call with, like, you know, your team and our technical team if they want to talk about it a little more and kind of work together and see what we can do. So we'd be happy to, you know, have further conversations if needed. That'd be great. Awesome. Well, our team is going to have me, they make me follow up on these every so often, so I'll be reaching out and kind of touching base with you. But whenever you've made a decision just one way or another, if you could just let me know. Or, you know, if you have a timeframe, like, hey, this one we won't need until next year, I can just put it on pause and that kind of stuff. So I'll go ahead and fire these over. Anything else I can send to you or do for you while you have me?
9:42 - Rowland, Shain C *HS
I was going to ask about for our DAC UTAC QC that we had submitted. I know that, that we have submitted the, uh, FIO. Um, I was just going to see if, if, if, if you knew me. Maybe whereabouts, where they were in the process. Yeah, let me get that opened up here and see if I can find out for you.
10:07 - Andrew Hartmann (UTAK Laboratories)
Let's see.
10:13 - Rowland, Shain C *HS
This is the DAU123, is that right?
10:17 - Andrew Hartmann (UTAK Laboratories)
That's correct, yes.
10:18 - Rowland, Shain C *HS
And I do have the PO number if you need that. I have it.
10:25 - Andrew Hartmann (UTAK Laboratories)
Let me... You know, it looks like they have this held up for the deposit and have not actually started. Let me reach out to my accounting team on this, and I'll get you an update by Monday. I believe we can waive it. We just got an update yesterday that we can start waiving these deposits for, like, some of our reliable, established customers, like universities and stuff. So I think it's, you know, hopefully this change of process won't hold you up again, but it does look like it was just held up waiting on deposit. So I'll find out what's going on with that, and I'll... send you guys an email a little later today or Monday at the latest. Okay. Yeah. Yeah. No worries. That sounds great.
11:06 - Rowland, Shain C *HS
Awesome.
11:07 - Andrew Hartmann (UTAK Laboratories)
Anything else I can do?
11:09 - Rowland, Shain C *HS
I think that's it. Perfect. Well, you guys have a great weekend and I'll be in touch soon.
11:15 - Andrew Hartmann (UTAK Laboratories)
Appreciate it, man. You as well. Thank you.
11:17 - Rowland, Shain C *HS
Hey, thanks. Bye.
